Success – Minimalist Kitchen Part 1 Done!

It has been three months and I am still working on my minimalist kitchen. I have been able to reduce my cookware, bakeware, and meal prep by more than half! Here is what I have:

Cookware

  • 1 Small pot (1 qt)*
  • 1 Medium pot (5 qt)*

  • 1 Cast Iron skillet
  • 1 Power Cooker XL (just like the instant pot)
  • 1 Sunbeam Hot Shot (2 cup water heater)
